The new EVOheader is engineered to bolster the VW 2.5 engine bringing a notable increase across the torque curve. The design leverages a unique runner layout following the engines 1-2-4-5-3 firing order which arranges the gas columns to create an internal vortex to maintain high gas velocity. 16" equal-length header runners work to even out exiting exhaust pulsations merging at the collector, normalizing internal pressure. These conditions, together significantly enhance the engine's intake and exhaust processes. Drivers will be reminded of these effects, not only in the performance output, but also in sound.

  • Maximize Flow

The EVOheader's unique Vortex-Inducing Design leverages Equal-Length Runners to boost high flow and gas velocities resulting in Gains in Mid to Top-End Ranges, all while producing a stunning sound.

  • Exotic Design

The pursuit for performance has produced an impressive Equal-Length bundle of snakes, creating excitement- even when standing still. The complex but Compact Design is a centerpiece in any engine bay while still offering Easy Bolt-On Installation.

  • Unlock Performance

The EVOheader is critical to any enthusiast seeking to optimize the VW 2.5L 07K powerplant. Through the EVOheader's Increased Flow capabilities and Tuned Resonance, additional modifications such as free-flowing exhausts, camshafts, intakes, and performance ECU upgrades can finally Realize their Full Potential.
