The new VW 07K 2.5L EVOheader is a true bolt-on, high-performance, tuned exhaust header. Its exotic 1-5/8" OD, 16-gage equal-length runners are arranged sequentially to discharge the pulsed exhaust gases into the ultra-short 5-into-1 collector following the engine's firing order. This unique design produces a persistent high-velocity vortex at all engine speeds, effectively increasing the engine's mid-range and top-end power.
The EVOheader is 100% hand-built in the USA using 304 stainless steel.
Engineered for all VW 07K 2.5-liter 5-cylinder DOHC engines (VW Rabbit, VW Golf/Jetta V, VI and VW Passat 2.5L platforms)
Includes:
•New OEM gaskets (for the cylinder head and the downpipe section)
•Illustrated instruction manual
•O2 sensor bong
•Installation hardware (bolts and exhaust copper nuts), and slim 12mm wrench
